GPS Map Camera: Photo Location

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains how EpDelegate (“we”) handles information in the GPS Map Camera: Photo Location app for Android (the “App”).

At a glance

Permissions

You can turn any permission off in your phone’s settings.

What stays on your device

Photos, videos, projects, saved places, your stamp settings, and the note, name and logo you add to stamps. Uninstalling the App deletes its own copies; photos and videos saved to your gallery stay there.

Stamps, and the photo file itself (EXIF), contain the place and time. Anyone you share a photo with can see them.

Services the App uses

ServiceWhat it receivesWhy
Google (Android geocoding)Coordinates, or the place you search forTo find the address
MET NorwayCoordinates, roundedTo show the weather
Firebase AnalyticsScreens viewed, features used, settings chosen, device model, Android version, app version, language and an app instance IDTo improve the App

Firebase never receives your photos, videos, notes or exact location, and the App doesn’t use the advertising ID. See Firebase privacy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can deny permissions, remove the App at any time, or email us to ask for analytics data linked to your device to be deleted.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
